Overview:

Precast Concrete structure began to pop up in the mid-20^thcentury, and continue to be constructed today. Ideal for the transition to modern era, all along the tracks buildings similar to this could be seen that were often industrial, distribution, factories and even commercial spaces.

The TT series of structures offers a modular approach that can be crafted to make the kit as outlines, or can be simply modified to create a unique structure of your own design. This kit features great visual interest with separate injection molded windows, super detailed injection molded roof vents and details, and multiple loading dock doors.  This structure would be typical of a small industrial building with train or truck service
