We have seen some minor cosmetic issues with a few of the recent Atlas Well Cars. Specifically, some of the small detail parts, like the steps and metal sides, have fallen off. It seems like the factory pressure fit these parts on, instead of gluing them. While we have inspected all the well cars before shipping, there is a chance that some of these parts fall off while the car is on its way to you, or when the clamshell is opened.
To reduce the likelihood of these detailed parts detaching, please follow the steps below when removing the well car out of the clear plastic shell.
From the bottom, open the clam shell enough to slide your fingers in and grab the black support. While holding the support, fully remove the clam shell.
Step by step, with pictures:
Locate the two locks on the clam shell at the bottom.

Gently uncouple the two locks

Lift slowly and slide your fingers in to grab the black support.

Once you are holding the support, open the clamshell the rest of the way, making sure to keep the black support and car pressed against the lower half of the clamshell.

If any of the detail parts detached during transit or opening, they can be reattached easily.
For the metal part:
Locate the holes on the car and align the metal pieces with the flat side facing in and the slanted side facing out.

You can also know if it's being placed correctly by having the first metal peg inwards towards the car, while the 2nd beg is facing outwards.

Dab a bit of glue on the pins of the metal part and insert into the holes, then let it dry.

For the steps
Locate the side that is missing the steps, you will notice the small notches where your steps will need to slide into place.

Locate your steps and ensure that it's facing the correct way. You will notice that your steps have small pegs that will fit right into the notches of the car.

Dap some glue on the notches and slot in from the top down or push into and down. (Gently so you don't break the step!)
