Then you are more then likely missing the following items:

• Track Fluid
• Replacement Cleaning Pads

Please note that the Track Fluid isn't included in the box and was a misprint. The recommended track cleaning fluid is 6-62927. The Cleaning Pads are suppose to be, please contact Lionel to get your replacement pads! (You can download a copy of your purchase in your account page)
