MrMuffin's Eight by Eight Fastrack Layout

This is a pre-packaged layout made up of Lionel Fastrack to build the 8' by 8' display layout we had in Carmel. The layout features two turnaround loops and lots of action. Build it on one level - then add a second level later if you'd like.
