A few of you are saying you can get the newsletters and replies back from "firstname.lastname@example.org" email address but no invoice.
We are looking into this, in the mean time we ask that you please white list and mark as imported the "email@example.com" as this is the email address that sends out invoices.
Check your junk and spam boxes too!
All invoices will start with the subject title: MrMuffin'sTrains Invoice
We have found that the following email providers are marking our emails as spam if they come directly from Shopify.
edu, some custom emails, Hotmail, Yahoo, Comcast or AOL
Again we suggest marking our emails are important or white list "firstname.lastname@example.org"
Alternatively, if you have a store account, you are now able to log in and see all your open invoices.
