[Website] Calculated Shipping for In-stock items - In-progress

Some may have noticed the ability to select the desired shipping provided at check out. This is due to the item having calculated shipping active.

At this time our goal is to have all in-stock items have calculated shipping. Pre-Orders will not have this function as we can't verify the weight of the item till they arrive. Auction items are also excluded as they are handled by Steve in another location.

With that being said we would like to encourage you to purchase only in-stock items separately from pre-order & auction items.

At this time only new items are currently flagged for calculated shipping, older items will slowly start being added in.
