It took double overtime and an intense battle to the checkered flag at Talladega Superspeedway, but Richard Childress Racing rookie Jesse Love was able to secure his first NASCAR Xfinity Series® victory in the Ag-Pro 300.
Love and his No. 2 Whelen Aerospace Technologies Chevrolet Camaro earned overtime redemption for the maiden victory. Earlier in his rookie campaign, Love was leading on an overtime run to the checkers, only to run out of fuel short of the finish. This time, Love had enough fuel in the tank and a fast-enough car to thwart several challenges on the race’s final lap to score his landmark first win.
Fans can now celebrate Love’s first career NASCAR Xfinity Series® victory with the official Lionel Racing Raced-Win die-cast of the No. 2 Whelen Aerospace
Technologies Chevrolet Camaro. Each 1:24-scale die-cast recreates all the damage, scuffs, and markings seen on Love’s winning Chevy after the race. A smaller 1:64-scale die-cast is also available for order.
