MrMuffin's Magnificent Modular Railroad - Come join the fun

Have you ever wanted to build a model train layout but don't have the space? The Muffins are organizing a new O Gauge modular railroad group, and we want you to be a part of it! This is all about having fun, being creative, and sharing our passion for the hobby together—no serious business here!

The idea is simple: You build your own unique module(s), and then we all come together to connect them into a large, dynamic layout for the public to enjoy and for us to run our trains.

How It Works

• Our Standard: We utilize the Lionel Collectors Club of America's (LCCA) FasTrack Modular Railroad Standard. This ensures everyone's modules connect perfectly.

• What We Provide: The Muffins have purchased and will provide all the corner modules needed to turn the trains around, along with all the electronics to power the entire layout.

• Your Contribution: You bring your completed module(s), and we connect everything together for a great show!

Getting Started is Easy

You have two simple options to get your module:

• Build It Yourself: We can provide you with a planning document, wiring pieces, and roto-locks as a set for $60.

• We'll Build It For You: Purchase a completed module framework from us for $120. You pick it up and focus on the fun part: adding the scenery and detailing!

Membership and Events

• Annual Family Dues: $35

• Next Planning Session: Join us on Saturday, August 23rd, 2025, to get started and talk all things modular!

• October 24th-25th, 2025: At the Tipton Train & Hobby Show
