As of 11/19/2021 we are not accepting non-warranty repair requests through Jan 1st of 2022.
With the MTH part system up we are now attempting to go through our back log of repairs that are pending parts and re-entering them into the new part system.
As we have many pending parts this will take sometime, we request your patience as we get through this overhaul.
We are also implementing increased transparency for repair status, including a web-based tool which will allow you to view the status of your repair. We recommend having an email address attached to your account, so you can receive this information.
If you have concerns with an MTH engine that is currently under warranty, please reach out to us via email or through the repair contact form.
Edit: Due to a limitation on the back end of our repair system, the front end repair status will not be implemented.
