Mr. Muffin's Trains Return Policy

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items for exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery or pickup. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted.


 

General Return Guidelines

 

  • All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

  • The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse a shipment or the package is returned to us, any additional shipping fees we incur will be deducted from your credit.

  • We cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.


 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Videos, magazines, and books

  • Opened starter train sets

  • Items from our Second-Hand Auction that are sold "as is." These items are not covered by any warranty and are noted in the product description.


 

How to Return an Item

 

  1. Package Your Return: Please include all original packing materials, instructions, and manuals. Returns will not be processed if parts are missing or if the item is improperly packaged, leading to damage.

  2. Ship to Us: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a service with tracking, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

 

  • Damaged in Shipping: If a package arrives damaged, refuse the delivery if possible. If you've already accepted it, contact us immediately. Do not return the item yourself as it could jeopardize your claim with the carrier. Please save all original paperwork and packing materials.

  • Defective or Missing Parts: If your product is defective or has missing parts, please call our customer service team at 765-292-2022. We'll assist you with the next steps to get your product working properly. For more details on defective merchandise, please see our separate Warranty Policy.
