ALL cars DO LIGHT UP. Two of the passenger cars did not arrive in boxes. There are some scratches and marks on the cars. See pictures. Observation Deck is missing a holding tray for box and appears to have been dropped. Closeup picture included. One of the coach cars marked 20th Anniversary has a bent coupler and missing some journal boxes. Believe Car -People on top of car need to be reglued- some scratches on side. This comes from a private collection. Sold "as is". No warranty or refunds.
