Custom Made - Monon Coke Car - Custom Run for MrMuffin'sTrains

We had these cars made for us from the original Monon drawings. The cars were originally manufactured for the Monon to haul limestone from Bedford, Indiana for building construction - like used on the Empire State Building in New York City.

The cars were converted to hauling coke. 

We had the coke canisters made and the cars through 3D printing the models from the Monon's original drawings for these cars. Each is assembled, painted and detailed by hand. Each piece is unique with prototypical markings and road numbers. The Monon owned 200 of these cars. 

These were 52' cars and the scale cars are approximately 14" in length
