Introduced to meet more stringent emmissions standards, the Tier 4-compliant GE Evolution locomotives have become a new standard on North American Railroads. Larger and easily distinguished from their older ES44 brethren by their peaked radiators, the ET44 can be spotted in all types of modern freight service.
